Intake → Scheduling → Care Delivery → Billing → Follow-up Build scalable systems to support multi-state growth and increasing patient volume Drive operational efficiency, margin improvement, and cost optimization
Provider utilization Patient conversion (referral → booked → seen) Revenue per provider and per patient Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions quickly and effectively Product Strategy & Development Translate operational challenges into scalable product and system solutions
You will work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, product, and leadership teams to design scalable systems, improve performance, and drive sustainable growth.
You will need speed to adapt quickly and efficiently, and the drive to be 1% better every day, constantly striving for improvement.
