Responsibilities
- Develop creative approaches to highlight the value and impact of housing counseling services
- Develop systems to streamline collaboration and improve communication between the Compliance team and the Senior Business Development Officer.

Nice to have
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to public administration, social services, urban planning, marketing, or a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite and familiarity with digital file organization systems
- Interest in housing policy, nonprofit management, or community development is a plus
