3-5 years of payroll experience
Experience with ADP, preferably WorkForce Now
Experience with Workday
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to operate in a complex, fast paced, multi-business unit environment
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
Perform ad hoc tasks as required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm
A forward-thinking, organized individual
A team player who is eager to learn and work with others in a dynamic environment
self-motivated individual that is able to take initiative
Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on high quality output
Capacity to discretely handle highly confidential and sensitive information

Expected Annual Base Salary $70,000 - 80,000
Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
Assist with payroll and corporate annual audits

Manage miscellaneous items for payrolls, including fringe benefits and deductions
