About the role
- Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.
- Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of how information connects in BambooHR products to quickly navigate to the core of client issues
- After training, your schedule will include 4 hours of phone support and 4 hours of chat support each day.
- You have 1-2 years of relevant customer service or technical troubleshooting experience, with a strong ability to deliver exceptional customer care, take initiative, and exceed client expectations.
