Responsibilities
- Perform work requiring strong basic skills in multiple trades, with emphasis on your primary area of expertise.
- Conduct minor equipment repairs and support event setup tasks across the property.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and communicate status updates to supervisors.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment and help maintain the shop part levels.
- Promote a collaborative team environment, support sustainability initiatives, and stay informed of hotel updates and operational procedures.
Requirements
- A hands-on approach and prior experience in hospitality maintenance are essential.
- you'll be valued for who you are and the goals you have.
- Basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing knowledge required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
Nice to have
- Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred.
- Valid Florida Driver License preferred.
