Responsibilities
- The position facilitates and oversees supporting the day-to-day activities of users, performing system maintenance and upkeep of Information Technology and the design, development, documentation and deployment of IT solutions.
- Manage daily operations of classified and unclassified team and program related activities.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with Draper's Information Assurance teams to ensure coordinated efforts for new and ongoing program compliance.
- Manage team resources during configuration, testing, operating, maintenance, and management of networks and firewalls
- Address complex problems, installs, configures, troubleshoots, and provides maintenance and training in response to customer requirements or inquiries (e.g., tiered• level customer support).
- Develop project plans, architecture diagrams, requirement documentation, test plans, change requests, and communication to users.
Requirements
- Applicants selected for this opportunity will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Knowledge of security technologies and architecture, encryption, network security, firewall configuration, intrusion detection.
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, or a related field
