About the role
- Provide direction to the contractor and/or agent to address submission deficiencies
- Answer internal and external questions regarding completed reviews
- Provide assistance with new account setups and the management of existing accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Risk/Insurance Management from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years' experience in commercial property & casualty insurance management, underwriter, claims, risk manager, or producer
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and present to clients in a professional setting.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- ARM, CIC, CRIS, CRM, CIP, CPCU or ERIS designations preferred
