About the role
- Night shift: M-TH 7:00pm - 6:00am with a 30 minute meal break.
- WORK ENVIRONMENT - Works in a plant/manufacturing environment that involves the use of industrial machinery and chemicals.
Responsibilities
- Maintains equipment and performs daily inspections of equipment.
- Clean and maintain workstation to be used daily in the production process.
- Performs special projects or assignments as directed.
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 2 years' experience welding.
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to make piece rate on top of hourly wage.
- Must be able to use welding equipment or the ability to learn welding procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to use hand tools.
- Mathematics skills and be able to read a measuring tape.
- Team oriented.
- Communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Works in a plant/manufacturing environment that involves the use of industrial machinery and chemicals. Employee must be able to correctly wear and use any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required at the location.
Nice to have
- Prior forklift and operator experience a plus.
Compensation
- The approximate pay range for this position is $20-22/hour + $2/hr shift differential for working night shift.
- Ability to make piece rate on top of hourly wage.

- Operation of light, medium and heavy equipment including forklift.
- Operation of various hand‐operated tools related to steel fabrication.
- Set up equipment including mandrels and the loading of the raw materials that are needed in the manufacturing process of cone cages and flared end cages.
- Place steel reinforcements in mandrels in the production process of items.
- Other duties as assigned.
