About the role
- The Shift Manager Beverage will have primary responsibility for management of Casino Beverage staff on an assigned shift.
Responsibilities
- Implements and adheres to all beverage cost control procedures Ensures preparation of all drinks and cocktails according to recipes Keeps beverage Department costs at acceptable levels.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services (as needed) Maintain opening and closing procedures and security standards.
Requirements
- One to three years' prior supervisory experience in a high volume outlet/restaurant is required Demonstrated ability to work in an independent environment with minimum supervision and deliver against set goals.
