Responsibilities

  • As a Virtual Teller, you will deliver real-time, face-to-face service through our interactive teller technology.
  • You will assist with transactions, resolve questions, and create meaningful interactions.
  • Deliver quality service through multiple channels, process transaction requests, provide rate information, and handle account inquiries.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
  • Ability to adapt approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations

Nice to have

  • Some college experience preferred
  • 6+ months Previous cash handling and credit union or banking experience helpful preferred

Skills

  • Working knowledge of computer software (Windows, Microsoft Office)
  • Awareness of competition
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, professional appearance
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment while maintaining quality of service
  • Effective team player through cooperation, flexibility, and dependability
  • Situational Adaptability: Ability to adapt approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
  • Certifications Required:
  • Bondable required

Compensation

  • $20 per Hour + 3% annual bonus
  • Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, location and internal pay equity.
