You'll work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market to connect product decisions to measurable business outcomes, and you'll have direct access to the data you need to move quickly.

Design and run experiments to improve digital payment conversion, using Pendo and LaunchDarkly to test, measure, and iterate.
Partner closely with Engineering to maintain a high-velocity release cadence and ensure specs are clear enough to execute without verbal translation.
Pull your own data to answer product questions independently - SQL, Pendo, or equivalent.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market to connect payment product decisions to customer outcomes.
