Responsibilities
- Partner closely with leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities through coaching, feedback, and development planning
- Develop innovative and pragmatic people solutions to address organizational challenges, unlock team performance, and support evolving business needs
- Build and drive talent initiatives across performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development
- 7+ years of HRBP or People Business Partner experience
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative, scalable solutions to complex people and organizational challenges
- Thrives in an environment where People Partners take broad ownership across talent, leadership, and organizational initiatives rather than relying on specialized COEs

- We partner closely with leaders across the business to build high-performing organizations, develop exceptional talent, and scale the company through periods of rapid transformation.
- You'll partner directly with senior leaders to shape org strategy, and build the structures, processes, and teams that enable scale.
Requirements
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization with sound judgment and strong business acumen
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate people data into actionable recommendations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence change, and execute effectively in a rapidly evolving organization
- Must be willing and able to commute to San Mateo 5 days in office
- You must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role, at this time.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA or Master's degree is a plus
