About the role
- FirsTier Bank is searching for an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join our Greeley, Colorado team.
- Prospect and source lending/banking opportunities Effectively negotiate loan structuring and pricing of credit requests.
- Emphasize sound underwriting with focus on loan policy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Essential Functions Build and develop new commercial and consumer loan portfolios.
- Deliver high quality credit presentations through analytics and market analysis.
- Build and maintain referral networks, alternate channels and other measures to optimize the performance Support the bank's strong relationship banking culture through ongoing customer contact, quality customer service, excellent product knowledge, and community involvement.
Requirements
- Significant experience with direct and indirect lending products and practices Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new software applications.

Compensation
- $120,000 - $180,000 annually.
- Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience.
