About the role

We are seeking a temporary detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our HR team.
for processing payroll for approximately 3500+ employees at the Fashion Nova DC.
The schedule is Thursday-Tuesday, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM.

Maintains employee records and data including status changes, schedule updates, pay

Minimum of 2 years experience in processing payroll.

Experience using ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, ADP Onboarding and
High degree of accuracy and detail orientation required
Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material and information
Bi-lingual Spanish is required
Will be required to sit for extended periods while working at a desk, using a computer, and attending virtual meetings.
