About the role

  • This is a hands-on, deeply technical role requiring active participation in solution architecture, development, and deployment within customer environments.
  • You will serve as the connective tissue between customer needs and product innovation, translating real-world challenges into scalable technical solutions and product enhancements.
  • In addition to base pay, this role offers the opportunity to earn variable-based rewards.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Field Engineering to design and architect complex, enterprise-grade solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Build prototypes, integrations, and production-grade systems using APIs, data pipelines, and modern frameworks.
  • Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities and future feature development.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, and Technical Account Management to deliver a seamless and unified customer experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, Field Engineer, Cloud Architect).
  • Deep technical expertise with the ability to operate at a senior or principal level, including solution architecture and hands-on implementation.
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data ecosystems.

  • Prior experience influencing product roadmaps based on direct customer engagement.
  • Background in data modernization, cloud adoption, and AI enablement platforms.
  • Experience creating reusable frameworks, accelerators, or solution templates.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Compensation

  • $205,000 - $220,000 USD on an annualized basis.
  • In addition to base pay, this role offers the opportunity to earn variable-based rewards.
