About the role

Chainlink Labs is looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to help identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent across our Business & Enablement functions.
This role will focus primarily on sourcing and talent mapping for GTM, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other strategic business functions, while occasionally supporting technical hiring initiatives.
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly analytical, and passionate about uncovering hard-to-find talent.

Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Identify and engage passive candidates through creative outreach and relationship-building.
Develop targeted candidate engagement campaigns and personalized outreach strategies.
Partner with recruiting teams to continuously improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, and candidate experience.
Support employer branding and talent community initiatives to strengthen Chainlink Labs' presence in key talent markets.

2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, executive search, or talent intelligence.
Proven success sourcing for business and corporate functions such as Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Talent, Operations, or Strategy.
Strong research and investigative skills with the ability to uncover niche and difficult-to-reach talent pools.
Experience partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Ability to translate hiring requirements into effective sourcing strategies and talent maps.
Experience sourcing for technical or engineering roles.
Experience using modern sourcing and talent intelligence platforms such as Juicebox, Gem, SeekOut, HireEZ, Ashby, Metaview, or similar tools.
Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing workflows and prompt engineering techniques for recruiting.
Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
