About the role

  • Join the Customer and Enterprise Team as we reimagine WEX from the inside out.

Responsibilities

  • Architect Intelligent Systems: Lead the transformation of WEX's billing infrastructure into a unified, real-time platform-creating a single, trusted source of financial truth powered by continuous data synchronization and intelligent automation.
  • Embed AI at the Core: Design and deploy advanced AI/ML capabilities that move billing operations from reactive reporting to predictive and prescriptive intelligence-enabling faster closes, anomaly detection, automated reconciliations, and forward-looking insights.
  • Drive Outcome-Oriented Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams to iteratively deliver high-impact capabilities, leveraging experimentation, data, and AI-driven analytics to continuously refine the roadmap.
  • Lead Through Insight and Influence: Use qualitative and quantitative signals-including AI-powered insights-to guide decision-making, measure impact, and unlock new opportunities for innovation.
  • Shape Technical Direction: Collaborate closely with engineering and data science leaders to define scalable architectures and ensure AI is deeply integrated into the product's foundation.
  • Outcome-Driven Execution: Focus relentlessly on measurable impact-leveraging data to guide prioritization and validate success.
  • Product Manager to own the execution and delivery of the Customer and Enterprise team's billing and corporate systems product roadmap.
  • We are embarking on a multi-year transformation to build a unified, real-time billing platform that replaces legacy ERP and bespoke systems with an intelligent, adaptive ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive enterprise-wide impact.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and how intelligent systems can transform processes like accrual, audit and reconciliation.
  • Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.

Compensation

  • $89,800.00 - $120,400.00
