About the role

  • Title: Program Scheduler Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR!
  • This is a full-time position located in the KBR Midwest City, OK office.
  • The Program Scheduler will also need to provide specific charts and summaries for presentations by management. - The successful candidate will work closely with a team of driven and highly skilled DoD professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Duties will include developing schedules, updating status of tasks, highlighting resource and deadline conflicts to program management and work package managers, providing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Be responsible for synthesizing various cost, schedule, and performance metrics/milestones into a strategic, forward-looking schedule in support of program priorities.
  • Prepare PowerPoint briefings, high level schedule slides to support IPT and Executive level briefings. Interact daily with various program functional leads to include Integrated Product Team leads (military or civilian).
  • Effectively coordinate inputs from stakeholders, manage IMS scheduling tools, assess scheduling impacts related to budget drills/requirement changes, adjust schedule to meet short-term requirements, advise stakeholders of potential scheduling issues, and make recommendations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in submitting and tracking DoD purchase and service requests.
  • Familiarity with DoD programs, schedules, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with DoD organizations, mods, and schedules
  • Must have demonstrated experience in scheduling Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using MS Project, Office, SharePoint to produce and integrate complex schedules.
  • Knowledge in R-plan desired
  • Computer skills required include Microsoft Business Office 365 Professional utilization and experience.
  • The candidate must be very familiar with MS office suite including, but not limited to:
