Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support on complex projects, including organizing, tracking, and filing project materials.
- Support project scope definition, project plan customization, timeline setting, and task assignments to enable efficient workflow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client counterpart(s) as the administrative point of contact for project coordination.
- Collect budget information, maintain expense records, and prepare budget reports based on estimated revenue, expense reports, and historical budget data.
- Coordinate the activities of project support staff to help keep work on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Experience preparing reports, tracking budgets, and supporting senior stakeholders.

Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
- The applicable base salary range for this role is $82,200 to $164,400.

- The applicable base salary range for this role is $82,200 to $164,400.
- In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
