About the role

The Senior Revenue Accountant will report to the Revenue Accounting Manager.
Evaluate customer contracts to ensure that revenue is recognized accurately in accordance with ASC 606 and company policy.

Partner with cross-functional business partners such as sales, deals desk, sales operations, order management, legal, and IT teams.
Prepare revenue-related analyses and assessments such as contract combinations, material rights, contract modifications, standalone selling prices, professional services, and partner-related fees.
Perform monthly and quarter-end close revenue activities, such as preparing journal entries, reconciliations, flux analyses, related reporting and disclosures, and close slides for management review.
Help prepare supporting data and other requests for external auditors and business partners.
Participate in developing, documenting, and maintaining strong internal controls over revenue transactions and reporting.
Assist in driving efforts to build best-in-class, automated processes related to the Order-to-Cash process.
Assist with whitepaper or accounting memos to support the company's position or policy election on specific revenue recognition issues as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 is required.
Experience with multiple performance obligations and complex revenue transactions.
Must be a self-motivated problem solver.
Must be able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

4+ years of experience required, at least 3 years in public accounting
Big 4 CPA is a plus.
Experience with Professional Services or different revenue recognition patterns (Ratable, Percentage of Completion) is preferred.

$101,716.00 - $137,317.00
Salary Information
The base salary range is specific to the United States.
The salary of the final candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, work location, specialty and training.
If the final candidate has a different level of experience, the base salary target range may be lower or higher than what is published.
