About the role
- The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we'd love you to be a part of it as a Senior Marketing Designer
- We are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to work closely with marketing channel owners to turn campaign and creative briefs into polished, on-brand assets across our portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Creative: Design assets for marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, landing pages, etc.
- Presentation or internal support materials
- Production-Ready Files: Deliver clean, organized, final files that are easy to use, hand off, and adapt across channels.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for multi-brand organizations
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/ESP platforms
- Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similar
- Motion, video, or light animation experience
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, or similar
- Experience working with global and/or US based business teams
- Excellent written and communication skills in English language
- Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
Compensation
- COP 4,500,000 to COP 4,750,000 salary per month
