About the role

This is not a traditional UX or UI role.
A typical problem looks like agentic case review, where an AI evaluates a claim against policy and a person confirms or overrides the decision.

AI is not just what we design for; it is how we work.
You design how that works within our users' context.
You will report to the Senior Director of Design for Vertical Solutions.
An excellent design and experience thinker. This is the non-negotiable. Everything else can be taught.
Around 10 or more years of product design experience owning meaningful product areas.
We design in code, co-create with our customers, and work alongside engineering from the start.

You know what truly intuitive software feels like, and you bring that to a regulated, high-stakes domain.
You can learn it here if you are genuinely excited to work this way.
Familiarity with the rest of our toolset: GitHub, Figma, and Claude.ai http://Claude.ai.
Comfort with ambiguity.

Experience designing for AI or agentic products, especially anything involving human oversight, trust, or governance.
Experience on a small team where you wore many hats.
