About the role

  • This role is equal parts strategist, operator, and trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with company growth goals and multi-state expansion.
  • Establish a scalable communications infrastructure that supports increasing demand for agent- and listing-level PR nationwide.
  • Own and manage the communications P&L, budget, and vendor expenses - making strategic decisions about where resources are allocated and what is worth investing in.
  • Design and implement a structured, repeatable PR process to support agents, major listings, and state-level initiatives across all markets.
  • Build a national framework for agent and listing publicity that can scale as the company expands into new states.
  • Create standardized intake, evaluation, pitching, and amplification systems to manage growing PR demand efficiently.
  • Develop toolkits, templates, and training programs that empower Local Leaders and Brokers of Record to execute PR strategies within their markets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in communications, public relations, or corporate affairs.
  • Experience leading communications across multiple markets or regions.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, crisis communications, and executive messaging.
  • To be considered for any of our open roles, candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Exceptional executive presence, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to build infrastructure in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a communications budget and make disciplined resource allocation decisions in a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting field-based leaders or franchise/affiliate networks is strongly preferred.
  • Real estate or highly regulated industry experience is a plus.

  • The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 USD.

  • Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
  • The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 USD.
