About the role

  • As an Aviation Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the center of World Fuel's global customer operations, supporting aviation clients around the world in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time support, resolving urgent customer requests with accuracy and professionalism
  • Support customer accounts and identify opportunities to enhance service and performance
  • Adapt communication style to support a diverse, global customer base
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in high-volume customer service, call center, hospitality, airline, or similar fast-paced service environments
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in aviation or exposure to global travel or logistics environments
  • Familiarity with aircraft types or aviation operations
  • Experience with Oracle or similar systems

  • Build valuable customer service, operational, and problem-solving skills
