About the role
- As an Aviation Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the center of World Fuel's global customer operations, supporting aviation clients around the world in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- You are often the first point of contact for customers, making your responsiveness and service critical to their overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support, resolving urgent customer requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Support customer accounts and identify opportunities to enhance service and performance
- Adapt communication style to support a diverse, global customer base
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in high-volume customer service, call center, hospitality, airline, or similar fast-paced service environments
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
- Experience in aviation or exposure to global travel or logistics environments
- Familiarity with aircraft types or aviation operations
- Experience with Oracle or similar systems
Skills
- Build valuable customer service, operational, and problem-solving skills
