About the role
- US Conec is seeking a skilled Senior Tooling Engineer to join our Fort Worth team.
- In this role, you'll be responsible for new Injection Mold development from Part DFM through production approval.
- This position is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical engineering backgrounds and hands-on experience in injection molding environments who thrive in fast-paced, precision-driven settings.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate part Design for Moldability and mold tooling design reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Document requirements and functional specifications to ensure supplier compliance.
- Manage all internal Mold testing and qualification tasks
- Deliver comprehensive mold documentation to facilitate a seamless hand-off to production molding and operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from a four-year ABET accredited college or university
- Experience with 3D modeling software required: AutoCAD Inventor or SolidWorks
