About the role
- Work will include daily production activities; shop floor management and alignment with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
- Hand off's to and from other shifts for transparency.
- Active engagement with maintenance counterparts to resolve downtime issues and bring problems to close.
Responsibilities
- Support Machining activities and problem solving in machining lines - including Cylinder Head Machining, but not excluding other Machining Dept opportunities.
Requirements
- Provide engineering expertise in managing materials delivered from the integrated supply chain
- Technical capability with knowledge of automated processes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- 2-4 years of related experience
Compensation
- Position offers a starting salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 USD
