Responsibilities
- Lead operational turnaround management and financial restructuring engagements;
- Provide expertise and leadership in investment banking, valuation, litigation support and asset disposition roles of our clients;
- Manage and lead teams of JS Held personnel;
- Lead interaction with client teams, shareholders, lenders and other stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement go to market strategies related to driving revenue growth;
- Provide support in other ad-hoc tasks as requested.
- Ability to develop understanding and ability to cross-sell other JS Held expertise and service offerings both to existing and new referral source relationships.
- Ability to delegate and lead multiple projects and mentor subordinate professional staff a must.
Requirements
- 20+ years of relevant work experience within the turnaround and restructuring marketplace both in leading assignments and demonstrated abilities for business development.
- Knowledge of all aspects of bankruptcy is a must.
