Responsibilities
- Own university recruiting end to end.
- The intern program, the intern-to-full-time pipeline are yours to build into a motion we run proudly every year.
- As you find your footing, you'll take on full-cycle Engineering, DS, and Product roles, with real support along the way.
- Be a true partner to our R&D leaders.
- Build relationships, not just pipelines.
- Get out ahead of our needs by building genuine communities of talent, on campus and beyond.
Compensation
