About the role
- The Respiratory Therapist works closely with patients, caregivers, physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
- This position requires regular travel to patient homes and prolonged periods of computer and documentation work.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, case managers, and family members to support safe transitions from hospital to home.
- Monitor patient progress, report condition changes promptly, and support physician-directed plans of care and treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Current Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) and BLS certification required.
- Must hold and maintain all licenses, certifications, and registrations required by the state in which they work and support patient care activities.
Compensation
- Pay range: $35-41/hr
