About the role
- Acting as a central coordination point, this role ensures seamless communication, alignment, and accountability among all site stakeholders, enabling efficient progress across all work fronts.
- This position requires presence in the construction sites; candidates are to be open to domestic relocation based on project schedules & locations.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the site interface management plan, register, and coordination procedures.
- Lead daily and weekly coordination meetings with contractors to review interface points and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to address design-related or field-level conflicts.
- Facilitate alignment between construction, logistics, and commissioning teams to support smooth work transitions.
- Maintain open communication with the client and key contractors to ensure proactive management of shared work areas and dependencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or related field.
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship. #LI-BB1.

- And Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or related field.
Nice to have
- Training or Certification in Construction Coordination or Interface Management is preferred.
