About the role

Stäubli's Fluid Connectors Division is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Events Specialist to join our North American Marketing team.
Working closely with regional sales teams and global marketing colleagues, you will play a critical role in generating demand, supporting customer engagement, and delivering measurable business impact.

Requirements

Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
Willingness to travel as required both domestically and internationally (up to 30%).
Must have a current, valid passport for international travel.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles.
Experience executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Nice to have

Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical marketing.
Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Experience planning and managing trade shows, conferences, or customer events.
Spanish language proficiency.
Experience with these platforms is beneficial but not required:
CRM platforms (Aurea or similar)
Eloqua Marketing Automation
