About the role

The Advocate Market Terminal is powered by structured, transaction-level insurance data.
It is a forward-looking ownership position responsible for keeping our data platform aligned with product ambition.

Responsibilities

Own and ship front-end features in the Terminal, from comps tools to real-time index views, working directly with the lead engineer to scope, build, and iterate.
Partner with data analysts to design and maintain the extraction, cleansing, and enrichment pipelines that feed live market products.
We're hiring a NYC based Product Engineer to own the connective tissue between product strategy and our data engine.

About the role We're hiring a NYC based Product Engineer to own the connective tissue between product strategy and our data engine.
As we expand our feature set, the underlying data requirements grow.
In this role, you will (1) ensure that our roadmap is being supported by the right data funnels and capture processes, (2) ship in platform features that will support the vision of the Terminal, and (3) contribute to a lean team focused on radical price transparency.
You will work directly with the product lead as a technical right hand on both data-related decisions and feature development.
This is not a reactive role.
