About the role

As the Director of Data Services, you will be the strategic architect of our internal data ecosystem and the guardian of our data engineering standards.
You will transform our raw data assets into an automated, predictive, and cost-efficient engine that serves as the organization's brain.
You will also serve as a Technical Center of Excellence, setting the architectural benchmarks for how business data is modeled, managed, and scaled across the entire company.

Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) and Google Data Studio.
You have a "systems-thinking" mindset-you don't just want a model to work
A proven ability to take raw operational data and translate it into a compelling "business story" that informs C-suite decisions.
Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary.
Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.

Familiarity with programmatic media economics or Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising is a strong plus.
