About the role
- Oversee the incident investigation process for all CTSC locations.
- Act as the subject matter expert for environmental regulations and compliance.
- Establish processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all appropriate environmental regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop EHS protocol and implement related training to eliminate at-risk behavior and ensure compliance to environmental standards.
- Manage the incident investigation process for EHS events: receive initial notification of incident, conduct preliminary investigation, ensure proper documentation, and complete necessary reporting.
- Deliver the necessary training and field support to ensure compliance with EHS requirements throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Additionally, experience is needed in measuring EHS plan efficacy and the ability to adjust tactics to achieve results.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS requirements (OSHA, MSHA, EPA, etc.).
- Candidate must be able to communicate across all levels of the organization.
