- Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a QA Investigator Specialist to play a vital role in conducting thorough investigations into incidents that occur meeting regulatory and Aspire standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human service field, law, criminal justice, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in conducting record reviews
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Must have satisfactory background checks.
- Use of a personal vehicle for travel is required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in conducting investigations, preferably in disability services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain objectivity, confidentiality, and sensitivity during investigations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Become a certified Abuse and Neglect Investigator as prescribed by state where conducting investigations.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Compensation
- $55,000-$65,000 annually, based on education and experience
