About the role

  • Produce, investigate, and report daily Profit and Loss (P&L), including analysis of key drivers and movements.
  • Escalate, research, and help resolve outstanding breaks, reporting issues, and stakeholder questions in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the execution and improvement of controls, procedures, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

  • The role will support key controllership processes, help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and partner closely with the Business Unit, Technology, Operations, and other Finance stakeholders.
  • In the Finance division, we partner with business units across the globe by providing management reporting, analysis, review, and advisory support related to the Firm's financial and capital resources.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Finance, Accounting, financial markets, or financial products, with an interest in Fixed Income markets.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate and explain financial results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in financial services, audit, accounting, product control, operations, or a related control function preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • experience with data, reporting, or automation tools is a plus.

Compensation

  • $60k-$90k
