Requirements

- Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and understand complex software systems, including applications without direct source code access.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
- 3-5+ years of frontend development experience using JavaScript or TypeScript, with React experience preferred.
Skills
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues while continuously improving existing applications and development processes.
- Prepare technical recommendations and solution proposals, including cost estimates and implementation strategies for process improvements.
- Evaluate existing technologies and recommend enhancements, third-party tools, or custom-built solutions where appropriate.
- Promote software development best practices, code quality, and collaborative engineering standards across projects.
Compensation
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $120,000 to $145,000 USD, based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
