- The Associate Director is expected to independently partner with business teams in strategy development projects across a range of situations, including full business strategies for select categories as well as functional specific strategies, playbooks, and operating plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of consulting experience with one of the blue-chip strategy consulting firms (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, etc.) or comparable strategy consulting firm / function.
Nice to have
- MBA from top-tier business school highly preferred
- Additional industry experience in a consumer-oriented (CPG, retail) company in strategy development, finance, marketing, or other role with strategic content highly preferred.
Skills
- Interpret results from multiple project components and translate these finding into clear and compelling recommendations and solutions.

- The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire.
- Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
