Investigative & Analytical Support Support workflow alignment across investigations and processes
Maintain completeness and integrity of case-related data
Case Management & Administrative Support Create, enter, and maintain cases in EthicsPoint
Upload, organize, and manage case documentation and materials
Perform document archiving, cleanup, and shared drive maintenance
The role supports civil rights investigations under Title VI, Title IX, and related federal and state law by reviewing and synthesizing evidence, conducting timeline and documentation analysis, and preparing investigative work product.
The Data Analyst and Investigation Generalist also manages case data systems (EthicsPoint), develops data quality and process improvement initiatives, and supports university-wide training programs through participation analytics and reporting.
Maintain and update tracking sheets, datasets, and internal records
Identify data inconsistencies and support data quality efforts
Training & Program Support Support University-Wide and departmental training initiatives (including T6)

Knowledge and experience typically acquired by:
Bachelor's Degree In Economics, Data Analysis, Sociology, Psychology, Pre-Law, Statistics or similar field
3-5 years Including evidence of data analytics, intake, interviewing skills, work-flow analysis and statistics
Must be able to prioritize competing projects
Must be able to triage, conduct intakes and follow work case flow from intake to closure
Must be respectful, patient and open to people who work differently
Ability to work on a team
The position requires strong analytical judgment, technical proficiency in data analysis, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent matters from intake through closure.

The position applies data analytics and statistical methods to design, maintain, and analyze datasets that drive OEO reporting, including annual and mid-year compliance analytics for university leadership.
