About the role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to work onsite with healthcare clients.
  • The role involves bridging business needs with technology solutions, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring successful delivery of healthcare analytics and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to ensure accurate solution design and implementation.
  • Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies for new initiatives or enhancements.
  • Support data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.

  • The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
  • At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
  • A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $140,000 - $155,000.
