This role is ideal for someone who is professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently while ensuring every trip is smooth, on time, and supported with clear communication to executives and their administrative teams.
/ Essential Functions Transport executive group members and visitors to assigned locations, including offsite meetings, regional offices, and airports.

Maintain clear and timely communication with the executive and their administrative assistant, especially regarding schedule changes.
Maintain detailed logs of hours, routes, travelers, and destinations.
Perform other tasks as designated by the Manager.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding conversations, materials, and information observed while performing duties.

Proven experience in a role requiring high accuracy and exceptional customer service.

$30-$35 per hour The Executive Driver will work as part of a flexible, hourly part‑time driver pool, providing safe and dependable transportation for executives and visitors.
