About the role

The Lounge Host is responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and providing excellent customer service in the lounge bar area.
This role ensures a smooth guest experience by coordinating reservations, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with general operations while fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Welcome guests with a friendly smile and assist with seating arrangements in the lounge bar area.

Monitor lounge activity to determine seating availability and manage guest flow efficiently.
Utilize the reservation system to manage reservations, update seating charts, and assist with inquiries.
Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the lounge for service.
Ensure compliance with dress code and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming.

Knowledge of bar and lounge operations preferred, but not required.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Prior experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred, but not required.
