About the role
- This is a high-impact role where relationship management meets strategic operations.
- You will be responsible for the daily health of our VIP book, ensuring we are delivering a premium experience while maintaining a sharp eye on profitability.
- Strategic Product Advisory: Act as the "Voice of the Player" by advising the product team on which game providers, titles (e.g., high-limit tables, specific slots), and features are needed to improve the VIP experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a Dedicated Player Book: Own the end-to-end relationship with a portfolio of VIPs, driving engagement and loyalty through personalized outreach (SMS, phone, email).
- Lifecycle & Strategy Collaboration: Partner with the Head of Retention to build and refine the VIP lifecycle, from initial "potting" and onboarding to long-term loyalty milestones.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Casino Hosting, VIP Account Management, or luxury relationship management (Hospitality, Sales, or Premium Concierge).
