- We are seeking an experienced Development Team Lead to oversee system operations and application support at the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) supporting operations in Savannah, GA.
Responsibilities
- Development Team Lead (VPC System Operations) - Bilingual Korean/English
- We are seeking an experienced Development Team Lead to oversee system operations and application support at the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) supporting operations in Savannah, GA.
- Lead the VPC application development and system operations team, providing technical guidance and day-to-day team management.
- Manage vehicle tracking and inventory systems, ensuring accurate monitoring of vehicle status and location throughout the processing lifecycle.
- Maintain and support data integration across manufacturing plants, logistics providers, dealerships, and related enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain workflow automation for vehicle inspection, customization, quality control, and operational processes.
- Perform system maintenance, software upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure stable operations.
- Provide end-user technical support, issue resolution, and user training.
- Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support business analysis and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong experience with Java Spring Framework or Spring Boot.
- Experience with iBATIS/MyBatis.
- Bilingual in Korean and English (required).
Nice to have
- Experience supporting logistics, manufacturing, automotive, or warehouse management systems.
- Experience working with enterprise applications integrated with ERP, MES, or logistics platforms.
- Familiarity with vehicle processing, inventory management, or supply chain operations.

Compensation
- Up to $100,000/year (DOE)
