About the role
- This is a remote/ rotational position, in Prudhoe Bay, AK.
- The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half).
- All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience in a crew-based driver/operator/equipment or applicable leadership position in Prudhoe Bay.
- Working knowledge of computers and software programs such as Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Projects, Exchange E-mail Valid driver's license and the ability to be covered by Worley's auto insurance provider.
Nice to have
- Five (5) years' experience planning and scheduling experience.
- Experience with other crafts and disciplines, such as Rig and Wells support, Fluids Hauling, and civil construction.
- Experience or previous employment with Worley.
- Alaska resident and capable of short notice mobilization.
