Responsibilities
- Support financing, documentation, and coordination for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Keep detailed notes and manage multiple customer journeys at once.
- You'll build relationships, identify customer needs, and guide buyers through a seamless digital car-buying experience from first conversation to final delivery.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles within a metrics-driven environment.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, text).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and confident handling multiple tasks.
- A calm, solution-driven approach under pressure.
