About the role
- FC Cincinnati is searching for a reliable, and detail-oriented Athletic Training Fellow for the 2026 Major League Soccer season.
- The Athletic Training Fellow will report to the Director of Performance Services and will be expected to assist the sports medicine staff in providing the highest quality medical care to FC Cincinnati Athletes.
- The Athletic Training Fellow is expected to aid in common daily Athletic Training duties, pre-training set-up and breakdown, and assist FC Cincinnati medical staff however necessary.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Athletic Training equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with Sports Medicine staff regarding patient care and transportation to and from physician appointments
Requirements
- Ability to work on a team to accomplish common goals
- Ability to handle confidential information in a respectful and appropriate manner
- Ability to consistently be at work on time, follow instructions, respond to management directions, commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals and complete necessary tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
Nice to have
- NATABOC Certification required
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree required in athletic training from CAATE recognized school
- Active Ohio Athletic Trainer Licensure required or the ability to obtain quickly
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Previous soccer experience preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
