Responsibilities
- Drive project execution for Aalo-X at INL, ensuring DOE authorization milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to keep projects moving forward.
- Align cross-functional teams, including engineering, licensing, manufacturing, and external partners.
- Manage stakeholder engagement with DOE, NRC, national labs, and commercial partners.
- Demonstrated experience working directly for an owner or serving as an owner's representative, with responsibility for managing design teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, make informed decisions, and drive accountability and urgency across teams.

- Lead construction project execution for Aalo-X, with daily site visits as required.
- Track and report progress, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.
- Ensure regulatory and technical milestones are met for both Aalo-X and Aalo-1 deployment.
- 8+ years of construction project management experience in nuclear, energy, industrial, or advanced civil construction.
