About the role
- Your mandate: accelerate platform growth while increasing marketplace trust - pushing beyond traditional risk tradeoffs.
- Translate ambiguous, systems-level challenges into actionable product strategies, experiments, and long-term architectures.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategy for AI-decisioned, intelligent, scalable, adaptive systems, and automated tooling that determine listing eligibility and shape seller experience across the platform.
- Develop low-friction onboarding frameworks that expand marketplace liquidity and safety - introducing innovation that unlocks new supply without compromising fan trust.
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, and operations to design, build, and scale risk-informed workflows.
- Lead the end-to-end development of 0→1 capabilities that respond to evolving trends in a dynamic, global marketplace.

Requirements
- Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces-setting strategy, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in marketplaces, trust & safety, risk, fulfillment, or other systems-focused environments.
