Develops and recommends system and process changes through evaluation, analysis, and application of accounting theory.
Works independently and supports DHHS teams on reconciliation of all administrative costs and implements accounting procedures for use Service Center wide.

A proven ability to complete accounting transactions and account reconciliations.
Non-telework days will be required to be in the Augusta, Maine office.
